UMS switches systems to WSM

UMS, a Melbourne based facilities services company has grown rapidly in recent years and in doing so has decided to convert all their 360pm based customers to FMI’s WSM system. This is an in house system that gives UMS a greater element of control and is much more effective for their clients to operate. The first client was converted over and operation in under 4 weeks with subsequent clients transitioning over the next few months. UMS will achieve significant savings in standardisation of processes and closer integration with their accounting systems.

FMI expand their flagship software WSM

FMI the creators of WSM have designed within the product a more flexible and expansive workflow to now caters for both Purchase order management and Invoice generation. This enhancement of WSM takes place with the advent of a different class of WSM customer, those companies who use WSM to service and add value to the customer delivery of services to their clients. This development has evolved in response to the desire to meet ongoing FMI customer business requirements. For those current clients who need this capability FMI will deliver this enhancement free in the next software service release.
