FM Innovations and CBRE experiment with new WSMenterprise Sustainability Module

CBRE and FM Innovations have undertaken a world first.  For the first time WSMenterprise has included a sustainability module to manage the environmental impacts of both pre-existing and new building stock namely in the areas of energy, fuel, gas, water and waste. 

There has been a major push by the government, corporations and private individuals to become more environmentally conscious.  This new module is specifically designed to monitor the environmental impacts of an organization.  FM Innovations welcomes the addition of CBRE to its client base and looks forward to expanding on its Sustainability module with CBRE and showcasing the case study and new module at the World Sustainability Conference in Melbourne between September 21st-25th 2008. 

FMI welcomes UMS to its client list and also WSMindustrial

FM Innovations proudly welcomes UMS. UMS has joined the growing list of clients supporting FM Innovations newest product WSMindustrial. Urban Maintenance Systems is a specialist provider of infrastructure maintenance services to Government, Local Government and Private sector organisations throughout Australia.

To assist in achieving greater operational efficiencies it installed WSMindustrial and has never looked back. It has decreased work loads, and with more accuracy monitored and reported on systems that are tailored to meet the needs of their clients. We look forward to working with UMS.

FMI grows their client base with the welcome addition of Savills Australia

FMI recently introduced a new version of WSMenterprise which is designed for property managers who are responsible for managing multiple clients over multiple sites. This new initiative is called WSMindustrial  and it offers key, unique functionality directed specifically at the larger property management companies.

FMI is very pleased to welcome our first client to take on this exceptional system, Savills Australia. Savills will be initiating their project in Sydney to manage a key client portfolio and will roll the system out to other clients nationally as and when required.

The FMI team is very much looking forward to working with Savills to streamline their property management processes and procedures.

FM Innovations welcomes Freemasons Victoria

FMI proposed a phased acquisition and implementation plan for a Works maintenance management and Lease/Property management solution for Freemasons Victoria.  This was gladly accepted this month by Freemason Victoria.  The implementation of the software will gradually be phased commencing with the installation of the WSMenterprise Works management module that encompasses a complete asset, works, OHS and customer service orientated management system at one site. This module will address the immediate requirements for an automated planned maintenance schedule to address Essential Services compliance issues, and a contractor management solution. 

The second phase will be the implementation of the Property management module to manage all the tenancies.  All the FMI group is looking forward to working with Freemasons Victoria.
