FMA Australia - Victorian Branch Newsletters

The Facility Management Association of Australia Ltd (FMA Australia) represents professionals involved in the strategic and operational management of facilities for both public and private sector organisations throughout Australia, as well as those professionals who support the industry through the provision of products and services.

Since its establishment in 1989 FMA Australia has seen significant growth, with branches in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.

Through taking a leading advocacy role on behalf of its members, FMA Australia:

  • represents the interests of the profession and industry to government and regulatory bodies;

  • encourages the development of university courses in facility management; and

  • promotes the facility management profession to senior management and the media to increase understanding of this important area across business and the wider community.

FM Innovations Director Kristiana Greenwood has recently stepped down after her third term as the Chair of FMA Australia Victorian Branch.  She was previously involved in the creation and updating of a FMA monthly newsletter for the Victorian Branch, the responsibilities of which will now be looked after by the new Victorian Chair - George Stamas.
