Kristiana Greenwood

Director

Kristiana Greenwood is a Director of FM Innovations Pty Ltd. She has over 20 years marketing & sales management experience and has worked in the UK, Italy, South Africa, France and Luxembourg. Born in England and educated in Zimbabwe and Italy, Kris finally settled in Australia in 1994 with two young children. She speaks three languages: English, French and Italian. In 1996 she was employed as a consultant to undertake market research into the Australian facilities management industry - its software potential and its market trend. In 1997 Kris established FM Innovations together with fellow director Ray Lodge combining their technical and business skills to market and implement simple to use, yet flexible, infrastructure resource management solutions. With over 1000 software licenses sold in Australia and now expanding into Asia, the FM Innovations scope of services has extended to offer end-to-end complete Infrastructure & Resource management software solution projects.

Kris is also involved in several industry groups and charities. She is currently a Director and National Board member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA) in her second term. Before the board election, Kris was the Victorian Branch Chairman for 3 years. Kris has won various awards through the FMA including Victorian FMA Member of the Year and National Branch of the Year several times. Kris also offers her support to various other industry groups such as the Property Council of Australia (PCA) and various charities such as Kids Helpline, JDRF, Challenge- Kids With Cancer, World Vision, Research for Breast Cancer and Open Family.
   

Ray Lodge

Director

Ray Lodge is the Technical Director at FM Innovations. Ray has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing) from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ray’s continued membership of the CEO Institute in Melbourne enhances his corporate management expertise and provides FMI with sound guidance to manage its corporate challenges.


During Ray’s 42 years of computing experience with large corporations on in the UK and Australia, he has worked in the technical support of software, specifically database technologies, for over 26 years. During this period he has supported and managed large projects that provided high end production systems for Government and Corporate clients across the country.


Ray is the principle systems designer for FMI’s range of software products. Ray’s many years of practical system implementations and keen interest in human workplace processes has lead to innovative designs in FMI product design and direction. Rays passion for environmental protection and effective management solutions has led to an active design criteria being implemented in all FMI software components to provide customers with this level of ESD management.


Ray’s years of experience cover a wide range of ever changing technologies, from the early legacy style systems with monolithic mainframe computer architectures through to the modern web based distributed function type systems being implemented today. As well as the hardware change, Ray’s experience has mirrored the evolutionary path of software development over this 40 year period, from batch based COBOL (data centric) systems to modern day agile development regimes.


Over the 13 years FMI has been implementing systems, Ray established every technical element of FMI’s capabilities. Today these original functions are being improved by the FMI team with more modern techniques and practical FMI experience. FMI have implemented over 80 Aperture Space management projects in this period and in excess of 100 WSM systems in that same period and now employ with a full time project and support group under Ray’s guidance.

   

 

Marcus Turnbull

Software Architect

Marcus is a Senior Application Developer in our team. His responsibility is to design the application architecture and to develop the technology that underpins the WSM suite of products. His six years with FMI means he knows the industry and its system requirements very well and has assisted in the design and implementation of over 15 projects in the last 12 months. Marcus has 15 years application development experience in a number of industries and brings this wealth of skills to the fore in the WSM development cycle.

Maree Lee

Project Solutions Manager

Maree has over 14 years experience in Project Management and works closely with clients to ensure smooth project implementations and transitions from beginning to end. Maree’s perfection to detail, organisational skills and project management experience result in client projects being delivered and implemented on time and to budget. Maree has extensive experience which covers many areas including document management; UAT coordination; strategic project management; relevant systems training and integration skills and a high level understanding of client requirements and how these needs can cohabit with their existing environment. Maree understands and addresses processes and issues that arise when implementing a new corporate system to the current database mix.

   

  

Luan Doan

Application Support Specialist

Luan has joined the Customer Support Team as a Application Support Specialist prior to this Luan was one of FMI's Application Developers.  This role uses Luan's  problem solving and programming skills to assist our Clients with their support enquires. Luan has been highly educated achieving numerous qualifications including: Bachelor of Information System (Swinburne), Bachelor of Marketing (Swinburne) and a Masters in IT (Swinburne). Luan feels that FMI is a great place to work with great people, good organizational structure, with a great support system.

Suzanne Gormley

Application Support Specialist

Suzanne has joined the growing FM Innovations Customer Support team as the Application Support Specialist.  Suzanne grew up in Dublin, Ireland and after travelling South America and Australia has settled in Melbourne.  She has a BA in Information and Communications Technology from Trinity College in Dublin and spent three years working for Allied Irish Banks as a data analyst on the Data Quality Team.  Suzanne will use her extensive experience in SQL and various other data analysis tools to develop the Aperture database and to further support FM Innovations extensive client network.  Suzanne has assisted the  further enhancements of FM Innovations already fantastic products and provides personalized technical support, while working with some of the biggest FM companies in the industry.

Paul Allan

Software Development Team Leader

Paul joins FMI as Software Development Team Leader bringing with him over ten years of experience in the IT industry. He has extensive experience in the analysis, design, development, customisation, deployment and final implementation of software projects. Paul is a talented individual with skills in VB.NET 3.5, C#.NET 3.5, SQL Server 2000/2005, WCF, CSS, JavaScript and ADO.NET. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with ASP.NET web applications. He also enjoys spending time with his two Petit Bassett hounds and has recently started training in the traditional Shaolin style of Kung Fu. Paul is dedicated to delivering client projects at FMI with efficiency and intelligence.

   

Neethu John

Application Developer

Neethu is one of FMI’s Application developers. Her role deeply rooted in programming involves interpreting design specifications into code. Along with this her role includes creating documentation to support and document all work performed and changes implemented to the FMI products. Neethu has received a bachelor in Mathematics (India) and a Masters in Computer Applications (India). These qualifications have set her up to be a highly skilled VB, VB.Net, java scripts, SQL, Oracle and, ASP.Net programmer. Neethu who has worked at FMI for one year enjoys the support she receives from other colleagues and the internal close knit community FMI has created.

   

 

Nikolai Lunevich 

Application Developer

Nikolai is an experienced application developer.  He was born in Belarus where he joined the military and for 15 years his excellence in electronics prospered.   After moving to New Zealand and studying software development and further honing his skills in electronics he moved to Australia.  Nikolai has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Engineering and a Diploma of Information Technology in Software Development.  He has previously worked for a couple of large multi-national companies prior to joining FM innovations.  Nikolai is extremely happy to be working with a company that values their employees and works together towards a common goal.

   

Cherryl A. Villafuerte 

Application Developer

Cherryl recently migrated from the Philippines where she was a senior software engineer, developing international banking applications and CRM applications for large corporations. She has 9 years commercial IT experience developing database applications using VB6, Visual C++, SQL2000 and SQL2005. Cherryl has successfully completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  Her role is to interpret functional or design specifications into programming codes.  Cherryl has joined the team seamlessly and has become an integral part of the FM Innovations.

Melanie Kmiec

Office Coordinator

Melanie with a level 4 office administrators qualification is FMI's Office and Administration Manager. With 15 years experience in this role Melanie has many skills including: customer relation skills, time management, and accounting. Her main function involves: office management, client communications, accounting and statutory requirements. All of this experience helps to maintain the smooth running and coordination of FMI's day-to-day operations. Employed with FMI for 6 years Melanie feels FMI provides a relaxed, friendly and professional work environment. With the key benefit or working at FMI being the tight nit small team that is visibly appreciated.

Lauren Prince

Marketing and Accounts Coordinator

Lauren has joined the FMI family as Marketing and Accounts Coordinator. With over 3 years of experience in the property industry she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm. As an experienced marketer she is tasked with maintaining the FMI website, creating the company newsletter and liasing with clients to ensure innovative and effective account management strategies. Lauren is also responsible for writing articles for industry magazines and getting the FMI name out there. She is in the process of completing a Bachelor of Communication to expand her skill set. Lauren is glad to be working for a company that values their employees and strives for perfection in all areas of business.
